One coach, one private room, 45 focused minutes a session. Every plan includes programming, nutrition guidance, and a weekly time held for you.
We keep the exact numbers for the consultation because your plan is not a drive-thru menu. First we talk for 15 minutes, move for 30, and see what you actually need. A price before that is either a guess, a sales trick, or something for competitors to screenshot. We prefer the fourth option: a straight answer in person.
Your real enemy is not effort. It is the start-stop cycle: two good weeks before life happens and you disappear. Three months gives the work enough time to become real. After that, it is month to month. We do not like holding people in long contracts. If the training stops working for you, you can leave. Most people do not leave because the results keep showing up.
Your consultation is 45 minutes: 15 minutes to talk, 30 minutes to move. Then we hand you the pricing options and walk you out, so you can decide at home when the endorphins are down and nobody is hovering over you with a pen. We would not want someone doing that to our mother or sister, so we do not do it to you.
