A real baseline
The first session gives us movement information, not just a list of goals.
West Orange clients come to Turbo when they want coaching that accounts for the whole person: current ability, injury history, confidence, schedule, and what life asks of them after the session.
People arrive with different histories. Some have trained for decades. Some are returning after years away. Others are managing a back, knee, balance concern, or the simple discomfort of not knowing what to do. Turbo begins by observing rather than assuming.
The free consultation includes time to talk and time to move so the recommendation is based on something real. From there, training can blend strength, conditioning, mobility, balance, core work, and functional movement at an intensity you can build on.
The first session gives us movement information, not just a list of goals.
History is respected and training stays within appropriate medical guidance.
The goal is not one dramatic workout. It is a stronger pattern over time.
Turbo serves nearby clients from one private Caldwell studio. The address stays simple, the appointment stays private, and the room is prepared for one client at a time.
We spend about 15 minutes talking and 30 minutes moving to establish a baseline.
Training can be adjusted around your history and your physician's guidance. Turbo is not a medical provider.
Sessions can blend strength, conditioning, mobility, balance, core work, and functional movement.
Fifteen minutes to talk, thirty minutes to move, then you leave with the options and decide at home.
